Project Passport
Assess project maturity by distinguishing quality, evidence, confidence, risks and decision conditions.
A project needs evidence
Project Passport examines nine criteria and forty-five questions, with a record of evidence, risks and decision conditions. Every report identifies the version and assessment profile used.
Read each result separately
- Project quality and maturity
- Evidence confidence and completeness
- Risks, alerts and blocking issues
- Completion conditions and independent review
A confirmed blocking issue takes precedence over a favourable average. Preparing and reviewing the evidence file identifies the actions required before a high-stakes decision.
Responsibility and commercial licence
Project Passport remains under the responsibility of NASCIELIS Strategy. Every organisation using Project Passport receives a commercial licence. Its scope, duration, usage rights and support are defined in the licence agreement. The public level 1 ISP assessment remains an initial self-assessment, separate from the Project Passport engine.
