Enquiries and assessments
NASCIELIS Strategy uses your contact details, message and assessment answers to handle your enquiry and prepare the discussion you requested. Contact permission is recorded with its date. This is a self-assessment; the public form does not request sensitive documents.
Storage and access
Enquiries and commercial notes are restricted to the authorised owner. When sending is configured, contact details and messages are sent to NASCIELIS Strategy through OVHcloud email. The personal level 1 result link expires after 24 hours. Passport Project documents are private and accessible only to authorised project members according to their role. Changes, authors and dates are recorded in the project history.
Audience measurement
Measurement is sent only with your consent. It records the page path, language, device category, performance and events for diagnostics, contact, download requests and calendar openings. An ephemeral session identifier is hashed daily to count observed journeys; no contact details, IP addresses or URLs containing query strings are recorded in these measurements. Private areas are excluded. Your choice expires after 180 days and can be withdrawn through Measurement preferences. Videos are served directly without an external advertising player.
Retention periods and rights
Journey events are deleted after 90 days and technical measurements after thirteen months, when measurement next runs. Enquiries with no further activity must be reviewed and removed within three years under the operating policy. Retention of Passport Project dossiers and evidence is defined in the engagement or licence contract. For access, correction, objection or erasure, contact contact@nascielis.com. Hosting and processing arrangements must be confirmed before the domain opens to the public.
External services
The OpenStreetMap map and the booking calendar, when configured, load only after your action. Those services then receive the technical information needed to display them. Data entered in the calendar is processed by the booking service under its own privacy policy.
